The winding entrance road to the hotel is a bit challenging, but once you arrive, the location is stunning. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't offer a children's program, which was a disappointment. the rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is well-appointed. the staff is friendly, but their service can be a bit ineffective. Breakfast could use improvement.

The hotel is not as secluded as it seems, being surrounded by a housing estate and close to an airport.

we greatly enjoyed staying at chateau de brindos. la cabane du pecheur, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. free wifi was available in all rooms. we recommend it with confidence.

Under extremely good management, Arnaud certainly demonstartes his passion for perfection through his team. Attentive staff, excellent food. Good facilities and wonderful outlook over the Lake. Very good facilities all round. Well positioned, look forward to return visit!

Only issue was mini bar not working, but did not require it so not a problem

Beautiful grounds and lake view. Lovely room with comfortable bed and great toiletries. the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room lacked proper ventilation and air conditioning. Some staff members did not seem well-informed about hotel amenities and activities.

An absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were all so friendly, and upgrades us from a standard room to a suite just because they were lovely. The room was amazing, I'm still dreaming about the amazing shower! The gourmet restaurant on site was delicious also.

Fantastic ambiance and great food. Would recommend for staying in the area or just for the food.

The Location and surroundings were fantastic

The air conditioning was poor, as was the bed, which is not what you expect from a 5 * hotel

quiet and relaxing hotel with excellent staff. rooms and pool excellent, we didnt eat in the hotel as we felt that the food was extremely pricey. would not hesitate in going back all the same

This hotel offered exclusive amenities that met all my luxurious needs. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with private facilities. the outdoor dining area was a particular highlight, providing a stunning view while enjoying the restaurant's delicious menu.

The only minor downside was the service, which could have been more attentive and prompt. Despite this, the staff were courteous and tried to accommodate all requests.

In the lake near the hotel live otters, turtles, fish, ducks and other birds and they don't afraid of people so you can watch them very close.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to have a relaxing night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings, which added to the romantic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. the dinner we had at the hotel was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not completely satisfied with. The service was almost non-existent, and the quality of the food was not up to par.

The tranquility & peacefullness of the setting, overlooking the Lake with it's own active wildlife; ideal 'escape' from the bussle of Biarritz and St Jean de Lux. The comfort & quality of the Hotel , embracing the friendliness of the staff and quality of the Cuisine.Arriving after lunch , the Staff provided cold plates of ham & cheese, which , with local Vin Blanc was very welcome after a 3 hour drive!

Perhaps explanation of means of communication between Pool & Reception and the routine at breakfast , including guests making their own coffee, could have been explained on arrival , to avoid misunderstandings. Otherwise , no complaints!
